Why SXKH
  • SXKH Mold Waterway Cleaning Machine adopts national patent technology and operates on the principle of cavitation, which requires mixing high-pressure air and high-pressure water together and releasing the mixture in pulses. The pressure and pulse frequency can be adjusted according to the clogging conditions of different mold waterways. Scale, rust, and other deposits on the inner walls of the pipeline are repeatedly washed and struck in both directions. The loosened deposits are then collected and discharged. The machine effectively resolves common issues such as uneven cooling, product deformation, and increased production costs caused by extended cycle times. It is an ideal solution for mold waterway cleaning, maintenance, as well as leakage, flow, and pressure detection.
