Recently, our North American customer gave us an update that 400T Die Spotting Press  has successfully arrived at their factory and is getting ready to be installed.

This was another perfect delivery.Looking back to late June, our large size SXKH 400T completed the in-factory packing, protection, and reinforcement operations before being shipped to North America.

Because this Die Spotting Press has a large size and wight, also with many accessories , our tech and international trade teams calculated and discussed it together, and finally decided to ship it using a combination of one 40FR frame container, one 20FR frame container, and one 40HQ high cube container.

The major parts of the Die Spotting Press are carried by 40FR and 20FR special frame containers, while the accompanying components are loaded into 40HQ high containers.

In addition to using export wooden crates, this shipment also used fully wrapped, thickened green waterproof tarpaulins to better protect against rain and salt spray during long sea voyages. The bottom of the equipment is padded with fumigated solid wood blocks to distribute the weight, and multiple high strength cross lashing straps firmly fasten the machine to the flat rack base to prevent cargo shifting from rough sea conditions.
