Recently, the 500T large Die Spotting Press independently developed and manufactured by our company has passed strict factory inspection.It was disassembled and loaded into 5 containers and shipped from Ningbo Port to a large die-casting mold factory in Thailand.
This 500T Die Spotting Press has an overall weight of approximately 140 tons. The worktable is custom-sized at 3500×2700mm, with a clamping force of 500 tons. It adopts a four-column clamping cylinder, equipped with an electro-permanent magnetic chuck and servo-hydraulic drive, featuring advantages such as automatic precise clamping, fast rotation, and safe clamping. This large-scale Die Spotting Press can meet the mold fitting demands for a wide range of automotive, home appliance, injection molding and die-casting molds.
Regarding the challenges of the machine's oversized dimensions and heavy tonnage, our Foreign Trade Department conducted thorough analysis and calculations and ultimately determined a full-process escort plan for extra-long and overweight transport. The equipment will be transported in a combined shipment of 5 containers (including 4 flat rack containers and 1 open top container), with full-process packaging measures against deformation, collision and moisture.
