To enhance team cohesion and deepen the company’s cultural values, SXKH CHINA successfully held its 2025 annual team-building event at the scenic Dongqian Lake on November 15, 2025. With the theme “Dreams Unite Craftsmanship, Precision Blooms with Excellence,” the event integrated experiential learning to strengthen communication, collaboration, trust, and overall organizational effectiveness.

I. Ice-Breaking Hike: A Fresh Start in Nature

The event began with all employees randomly divided into five teams, composed of colleagues from different departments, ages, and roles. Everyone embarked on a two-hour hiking journey. Surrounded by lakes and mountains, teammates encouraged one another along the way, quickly bridging gaps and forming bonds. The hike not only challenged physical endurance but also laid a solid foundation for team integration.

II. Team Challenges: A Dual Tempering of Collaboration and Strategy

Upon arriving at the Luye camp site, teams engaged in a series of collaborative activities such as “Dynamic Ball Relay,” “Falling Forest,” and “Rod Relay.” While seemingly simple, these tasks rigorously tested communication, strategic planning, and execution under pressure.

In the highlight project “Cooperative Advancement,” team members had their adjacent legs tied together, requiring unified pacing to reach the finish line. Any misstep could affect the whole group, but through repeated adjustments and mutual support, participants came to deeply appreciate the importance of unified pace, aligned standards, and active support.

These activities reinforced a vital understanding: effective teamwork is not the sum of individual abilities, but a cohesive blend built upon trust, communication, shared goals, and alignment.

III. Experiential Learning: Bringing Insights Back to the Workplace

Beyond fun and relaxation, the event provided meaningful reflection. Issues such as communication gaps, inconsistent coordination standards, and delays in information transfer—revealed during activities—are precisely the areas that require continuous optimization in daily work.

IV. Evening Gathering: Bonfire, Laughter, and Warm Connections

As night fell, a lawn BBQ and outdoor karaoke set the tone for relaxation and joy. Flames from the bonfire illuminated the night and warmed each participant’s heart. Teammates shared their experiences, laughed together, and discussed future aspirations. The gathering brought the day to a warm and memorable close.
